STRESS?? what the hell is that??huhu...speaking sket la hari2'stress' ni...ckp 'stress' pun dlm base omputih kn...huhu...
Stress defined as a feeling that makes a person become fierce, sad, anxious or maybe depressed...huhu...i don't know why, how, or when it happen...huhu..(Ok x english aku nih??) These are a few tips on how to handle stress.....
1. Be Rational To Yourself~!
Be alone for awhile to cool down and relax. Go to serene places such as the beach. Think the problem that made you stress. Every problems have its solution. It's up to you on how to handle your problems.
2. Friends..~!
Friends play an important role in our daily life. For instant, handling out our stress together. You can either hang out at your friends' places or maybe having dinner together. Next, they can be a cry shoulder to rely on.
3. Pray~!
The best solution to handle stress is praying. As muslims, it became our responsibility to pray 5 times a day. Without we realize, praying helps to soothe our nerves and chase away stress.
4. SMILE~!!!
Keep your mouth open and always smile.

5. Love~!
By falling in love, you are actually creating a happy environment surrounding you. Be happy and spread your love.
6. Music~!
Music is not just for musicians. You can use music as a medium to get rid of your stress. Hear songs or maybe you can recruit your friends to jam along.
7. Smoking~!
Smoking kills! However, there are a few individuals, who think that smoking helps to reduce stress. In my opinion, smoking is not a good or appropriate solution to handle stress. But, in no doubt, it did helps. : )
